A Special Message from Pastor Jerry

 We belong together as God’s Family Church Team! And so we must submit ourselves to Jesus and delight in the faith He gives us and function in the gifts and ministries He gives us.   

Here at Hope Centre Church we believe that every Christian is a “Minister.”   The Apostle Paul tells us in Ephesians 4:16…        

The Body of Christ actually grows and builds itself up in love and maturity as each part does its work properly.  Every person is needed. Every person ministers to others, knowingly or unknowingly. Perhaps you’ve never thought of some of the spontaneous things you do to help others as being ministry, but they are.  We are naturally drawn to those types of ministries that enable us to use our motivational gifts.  If you don’t function in your giftedness in ministry to others, there is a lack in the Body of Christ. You are needed!

Today, we have given out a special information paper – “Every Christian a Minister” and a list of ministry giftings. We ask you to prayerfully read them. Examine all the possible areas of ministry and see where you could function.

Always actively remember, God, through the Holy Spirit, gives us the ability to partner with Him to be witnesses of Jesus, and to use the giftings to be proclaimers of His Kingdom (Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done) and to always be in harmony as His Kingdom advances.

Let’s not waste our life! Let us all participate in the plan of God, faithful to all His commands and moving towards the goal of true maturity.
